The rep I worked with was very nice and arrived on time with different products to show me and some great suggestions. Once I placed my order it took about 3 weeks to manufacture and then a few more days to schedule the install. I decided to go with wood blinds and they look great. Not only did we get a quote 2500 cheaper than all the competition, the shutters are amazing. Our house now looks like a million bucks!
